Thank you all for your help.

You do need the iF1 and also the Platform_Statistics_Disabled=1 on some 2003 systems...
I also updated my VM to 1.0.8 but I doubt that made any change for Domino.

I was able to rebuild my server to normal. The cool thing about it is that it is now TOTALLY lean! :) Not funny the amount of crap one can leave behind in there..!
